Terms & Conditions
- Whatever method you use to make a reservation it will be deemed provisional until Hazel Bank Country House has confirmed and taken a non-refundable deposit.
- On payment of the non-refundable deposit, you are entering a legally binding contract with Hazel Bank Country House.
- The balance of the booking is payable upon departure.
- The deposit per room reservation is £75.00.
- The deposit to reserve the self catering cottage is £150.00.
- In case of cancellation we will endeavour to re-let your reservation. If we are successful you will only lose your deposit.
- If we are unsuccessful in re-letting the reservation we will charge the following:
- Up to 14 days prior to arrival 100% of the cost of the entire booking.
- 15 or more days prior to arrival 50% of the cost of the entire booking.
- In case of a 'no-show' we will charge 100% of the entire booking.
We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.
Payment Methods
We only accept Credit or Debit cards as methods of payment.
However we do not accept American Express cards.
Privacy Policy
Hazel Bank Country House respects your privacy and will never knowingly pass on or sell your details to third parties for any purpose not specifically agreed upon, except where required to by law. We only ask for details that we need to know. It is entirely at your discretion if you wish to tell us anything else.
